Pastor Shane preaches the message of the Bible. You will not hear cute stories relating to a verse of the Bible. But you will hear verses of the Bible that relate to who Jesus is and the implication for your life.
The Holy Bible is God’s message to his people. It is the culmination of 40 authors inspired by God over 2000 years to tell the history and salvation of people, you and me. It is difficult to read by oneself. The 66 books that make up the Bible are not put together in chronological order like most books. If you would like to know more, come and see. All are welcome. Church begins at 9:00. Dress is casual.
Pastor Shane chose the book of Mark to read and explain to us. We are on Chapter 14. You are invited to come and hear God’s message for you. It is a message of love and salvation for eternity.
After worship, you are invited to “Road-Trip to Truth”, a DVD series that delves into God’s truth verses the truth in society. It is a fun, thought-provoking video with meaningful discussion. Class runs from 10:15 to 10:58.
Monday Bible study will not meet on Oct. 10. We will meet again October 17 for “30 Days to Understanding the Bible” by Max Anders.
