September 19, 2021…Williamsville United Methodist Church is hosting a Fall Kick-off for Sunday School after the worship service. Watch for information and details. It will be the perfect time for you and your family to begin a new walk with Christ.
The message this week came again from Mark 5:1-20. Jesus went across the sea, through a storm to save one man from demon possession. In this account we see Jesus’ compassion, his power, and our purpose.
Christ has compassion for mortal beings. He will take on the debt owed for our sin. Christ Jesus has the power to heal, to save, to defeat evil, to control weather, and to cast out a legion of demons. Our hope comes from the Lord. And because of His compassion and power, we have purpose.
We have a job to do: Go and tell what Christ has done for you. Place your hope and joy in the one who has compassion, power and purpose for your life.
